Port Rotation

Phase 1 assumes full cargo is on board at every port — the result answers "what can I load such that no port in the rotation is breached". Partial-discharge rotations (cargo reducing between discharge ports) are not modelled.

Leave capacity or stowage factor blank to exclude the cubic constraint — common for heavy cargoes where deadweight or draft governs. Grain capacity suits bulk; bale suits breakbulk.

Typical: bagged 8–15%, steel products 10–25%.
